Amy Hamilton, New Patient Coordinator
With an extremely calm and accepting personality, Amy has more patience than the average 3 people put together. This makes her uniquely suited to talk to insurance company representatives, and new patients with lots of questions! As the New Patient Coordinator, she helps every patient by setting up an evaluation with the appropriate therapist and navigates insurance benefits and pre-certification requirements.
Amy underwent radiation for breast cancer in 2019 and states,
“The staff at Brown Rogers helped me through the roughest time in my life. I love working here with such caring, dedicated and quality professionals.”
Amy loves to be outside in nature, and is game for anything in this category, like fishing and hunting, making her a true south Louisiana sportswoman!
When asked why she relates to nature and being outside she says,
“I love the silence and the sun. It’s that simple.”
Fun Fact: She has 3 beautiful daughters and loves being a “MiMi” to her 4 grandchildren.
